Judith Lee recently joined the Stride Capital team as a Sales Coordinator, supporting our Administration Team. We had the opportunity to ask her about her previous experience and education, what opportunities she sees on the horizon at Stride, and what keeps her busy outside of the office. 1. Tell us about your previous work experience and education and how it led you to Stride.

I’ve worked in financial services for many years in both Canada and overseas, mainly supporting clients, reviewing documents, and assisting with lending and daily branch operations. My education and financial courses helped build a solid understanding of products and processes. I joined Stride to apply that background in a new way and learn more about leasing and commercial lending in a practical, client‑focused environment.

2. What are you looking forward to about your new role as Sales Coordinator for Stride?

I’m looking forward to supporting the sales team by keeping documents organized and accurate, helping communication flow smoothly, and contributing to a positive client experience. I’m also interested in learning more about equipment financing and how commercial credit works.

3. What opportunities do you see as part of Stride and within this new role?

I see the chance to learn more about credit reviews, leasing structures, and the full process from application to funding. I’m also excited to help improve day‑to‑day processes and support Stride’s practical approach to helping clients.

4. Can you tell us a bit about your experience working in a team environment, managing client relationships, and doing financial analysis? How will this experience help you excel in your role?

I’ve worked closely with frontline and operations teams to support clients in fast‑paced environments. I have experience with documentation review, financial inquiries, and ensuring accuracy. These skills help me stay detail‑oriented, collaborative, and solutions‑focused in the Sales Coordinator role.

5. What is your life like outside of work?

Outside work, I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends. I like trying new restaurants and finding simple ways to relax and recharge.
