We recently sat down with Cassie Rowse who joined the Stride Capital team as a Customer Service Administrator last month to ask her about her previous experience and what she’s looking forward to in her role. Keep reading to get to know Cassie better.
Tell us about your previous work experience and education and how it led you to Stride.
I have been in the food and beverage industry for 30 plus years, with service being my main focus. Working with the Stride Capital customer service team seemed like a great fit for me.
What are you looking forward to about your new role as Customer Service Administrator for Stride?
I’m looking forward to helping customers feel heard and supported, being an integral part of the customer service team, and learning the ins and outs of our daily operations.
What interested you in working in the finance industry and as a Customer Service Administrator originally?
Sitting right at the intersection of people and money is what interested me in this industry because it creates a lot of variety and insight.
What opportunities do you see as part of Stride and within this new role?
Exposure to finance and leasing, skill development, and opportunities to work cross-functionally with our amazing team.
What is your life outside of work like?
Time with family is most important and our 2 dogs keep me quite busy. I love movies and concerts and a great cup of coffee outside on a beautiful summer morning.
