Account Manager

Ryan is an Account Manager with 20+ years of financial experience in both floorplan and retail areas.

He began his career at GE Capital in the floorplan division holding various roles and eventually moving into sales. Ryan then moved into the equipment financing industry, working for Volvo and Mack Financial Services. He spent a decade working with dealers, customers, and OEM partners, supporting the brands and growing the business.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Lakehead University as well as a Business Administration diploma from Mohawk College. Throughout his career, he’s also sought out ongoing training and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, B.E.L.S. (Building Essential Leadership Skills), and Change Acceleration Process (C.A.P.).

Ryan maintains a consistent customer-first mindset and is highly skilled in relationship building and overcoming obstacles to generate winning solutions. Ryan was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, and now resides in Waterdown. He will be responsible for growing Stride Capitals brand across all of Ontario in all sectors.
