We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Lauren Boutilier, Stride Capital’s new Documentation Specialist, and talk with her about her new role with Stride Capital, what she’s looking forward to in it, and her previous work experience that led her to Stride Capital.
Tell us about your previous work experience and how it led you to Stride.
I started my career working as a Geologist for a mining consulting company until a downturn in the industry shifted me to a new career path in financial services. As I had previously worked in vehicle financing and have a strong background in various aspects of client services, I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of this organization.
What are you looking forward to about your new role as Documentation Specialist for Stride?
I’m looking forward to learning alongside our talented documentation team to further aid Stride in providing clients with superior financial services while exceeding their expectations.
What interested you in working in the finance industry and as a Documentation Specialist originally?
I enjoy helping customers and clients with their needs and providing them with a positive and memorable experience. My previous work in fast-paced roles that required me to be highly detail-oriented will enable me to assist the documentation team to meet current growth targets at Stride.
What opportunities do you see as part of Stride and within this new role?
I’m looking forward to growing my own knowledge of the equipment financing industry and developing a long-term career at Stride. Stride is growing and I can’t wait to be a part of it.
What is your life like outside of work?
Outside of work, I can be found spending quality time with my family and our dog Jasper, trying out new recipes and sewing. I also enjoy gardening and camping in the warmer months.
