Congratulations to Flora Bucchianico on her 6-year work anniversary! Flora has officially been with the Stride Capital team for 6 years. Throughout the past 6 years, she has become an integral member of our Administration team, providing strong support to our sales team, vendors, and clients. She brings infectious enthusiasm and an in-depth understanding of the documentation process to her role and we’re very grateful to have her on our team. How has your role evolved over the past 6 years, and what have your growth and Stride Capital’s growth looked like during this time?

IT’S BEEN A RIDE! EYE’S WIDE OPEN!

With so many changes in our economy, industry, and significant growth, my role has evolved significantly. Over the years, I’ve continued to help meet the growing demands with expanded operations, focusing on documentation and funding processes and compliance verifications. With taking on more responsibilities in meeting demanding volumes, streamlining documentation workflows, and implementing quality control measures, I’ve helped improve efficiency and accuracy, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members. As an Administrator, my role contributes to operational excellence and regulatory compliance within Stride Capital.

What’s one of your favorite memories from your time with Stride so far?

MANY GREAT MEMORIES, NOT JUST ONE!

Together we’ve tackled many challenges, celebrated many achievements, and continuously learned from one another. Our talented, forward-thinking team that embraces change and drives results keeps every day exciting!

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned during your time here?

THERE IS NO “I” IN TEAM!

The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is the importance of adaptability. Being flexible and open to learning has allowed me to stay ahead of challenges and embrace change.

Being team players, with a shared sense of purpose, we all bring unique strengths to the team. Whether we’re brain-storming solutions or supporting each other through challenges, the bond of working together creates a positive and motivational environment.

What do you enjoy most about working with your team and contributing to Stride Capital’s mission?

WE HAVE SUCH A GREAT, DYNAMIC TEAM!

We’re all working together, contributing to a larger purpose. As individuals, we all have unique talents and things that we are good at. If we feel that our work is meaningful and what we do makes a difference for others, this gives motivation for us to keep doing it even though there may be times when the “going gets tough”.

I thoroughly enjoy exchanging ideas, solving problems, and seeing how my work helps the company team succeed. Being in an environment where people support each other is most fulfilling.

How do you stay motivated and inspired after 6 years, and what excites you about the future with the company?

CHALLENGE IS MY FUEL!

Finding new challenges and growth opportunities is key for me. When you do the same tasks day after day, you may feel like you are ready for something new. When you get a variety of tasks and responsibilities that teach you something new, you feel more engaged and fulfilled. Embracing the evolution of my role and the industry keeps things fresh. We’re always working towards something bigger—shared goals fuel enthusiasm!
