In his role as President of Stride Capital, he will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the team.

His experience includes being an early stage employee with an Alberta based, independent leasing company. In his role as Sales Manager, he helped recruit, build and mentor a high achieving originations team. He remained with the company through its sale to a BC based credit union. Most recently he spent over 5 years as the Vice President Sales of Western Canada for a privately owned company. In 2012 the company went public and became one of the fastest growing companies in the equipment financing business in North America.

Through these experiences, Randy has gained a thorough understanding of the balance required between risk management and deal originations to grow a successful finance portfolio through various business cycles.
