With two years of direct experience at an independent leasing company and one year at a large credit union working in asset-based lending, Omar has skills in Leases, Loans, Refinance/Sale Leaseback transactions, and Collateral Security Agreements across a vast array of assets. Omar aspires to find creative solutions to win deals for customers of every kind: O/O, Vendor, Commercial Fleet, and End User.

Through professional development in past career experiences, Omar has completed courses such as Janek Sales Training, Rock Your Sales Rally, Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Resolution, The Power of Choice, Engaging the Unmotivated Person, RTA and Privacy Law, as well as Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Negotiation. In 2022, Omar also obtained Controlled Goods Status allowing him to engage in Government/Military Grade confidential manufacturing projects.
