She formerly worked as a Financial Advisor and Mutuals Funds Specialist. Having worked in the banking industry for 3 years, she has extensive experience in customer service and helping her members achieve financial fitness and literacy.

Cleo is a graduate of Medicine Hat College, with a Business Administration Diploma. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance at Athabasca University. In addition to her repertoire, she has passed the IFIC exam, Personal Financial Services Advice exam (PFSA), and Financial Planning I. She is currently working towards her Financial Planning II as part of the Personal Financial Planner stream.

Cleo brings experience in sales, customer service, and financial planning to her new role. Her education and experience in the banking industry has honed her organization, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and relationship building skills, for both internal and client relationships. She is gutsy, driven, financially savvy, and well-versed in working under pressure whilst maintaining quality and efficiency.

Born in the Philippines, but raised in Dubai, UAE, Cleo now considers Calgary, Alberta her third home. You can find her gallivanting in libraries and museums outside of work.
